This was probably one of the best Ribeyes that I have ever had even though it was a entree is was super delicious.
Black & White
I had one of the best birthday dinners here. The filet was melt in your mouth . The potatoes were perfect , and the asparagus ( which is not my favorite veggie) perfection !!! For me to finish my plate including the prawns , speaks to yumminess. I love eating somewhere that has me eating things I wouldn't normally find appealing. You top it off with atmosphere and maybe a visit with Mateo , the handsome border collie , and it's complete evening !!!

Everything was delicious. We ordered the Black and White dinner and the Jambalaya Risotto and the house salad. Smith flat House never disappoints us. Our wait staff was pleasant and helpful.
Cioppino
Absolutely delicious cioppino! Being a Seattle area native and a big fan of seafood, i was absolutely impressed with the depth of flavor this Placerville restaurant was able to put together! Highly recommend!

Steak Salad
First time eating here and WOW, it was delicious! We had the spinach artichoke dip, bread with sun dried tomato butter, steak salad, chicken pesto ( on the menu as a special that night) peanut butter pie and an apple cobbler. Honestly the best meal we have had in years. Our server was excellent and the other staff were also very attentive. This is our favorite restaurant now. Thank you Smith Flat House!
4 oz. Black & White
This exceptional pairing send me to taste bud heaven. The steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare and the prawns were equally delicious. The mashed potatoes were creamy and the demi glaze was fantastic. I will be going back on Wednesday (10/25) to celebrate a special event. This time I plan to get the lamb shank as it was featured on a show recently.
Chicken Alfredo
Best chicken Alfredo ever! Everything was so fresh from the sauce to the pasta. It was an amazing dish with amazing service. The bread was crisp and delicious as well. You cannot go wrong with this dish, it is absolutely mouth watering. Can't wait to go back!
