Meeting Rooms & Conference Facilities:
Come join us in a comfortable setting for a presentation, class, concert or gathering. Our large main room holds 150 people for mixers. This spacious room can accommodate up to 100 people seated in our comfortable padded chairs, and we can provide ten tables seating six per table. One end of the room is spanned by a raised platform/stage that is approximately ten feet deep by twenty five feet wide. The entire room and stage are carpeted.
We offer a complete presentation system including a 70” Plasma Screen High Definition T.V. with Comcast Cable service and the necessary computer cables and adapters to enable a presentation using your own personalized computer programs. Additionally, there are easels and a podium for facilitating any type of presentation.
Our Cathedral Room is a more intimate setting for smaller groups. This high-ceilinged, fully carpeted room comfortably holds about thirty people for a mixer, or 25 seated in our padded chairs. A twelve foot by twenty seven foot balcony off of this room is included in the rental price of this space.
Adjoining the Community Room is a kitchen with a large refrigerator and a five burner gas cook top with double electric ovens. The kitchen also contains a microwave, dishwasher and 100 cup coffee pot plus miscellaneous sizes of hot water pots to accommodate group events.
Our center has lovely restroom facilities to comfortably accommodate large groups on short breaks. Large bathroom facilities are provided on both floors of the building
Our versatile courtyard will comfortably seat 350 people for performances, weddings, religious or spiritual services, and other gatherings. The outdoor courtyard is partially shaded by a large gazebo. Off to the side, the original barn built in 1863 still stands as a reminder of times past. The entire courtyard is hard-surfaced, and completely accessible to people with special needs. Adjoining this area we have provided indoor bathroom facilities. We are proud of our courtyard as an example of construction that has been built primarily from recycled and historic materials assembled to create an inviting atmosphere. There is on-site parking for approximately ninety cars.
